The 3 E's programme is offered jointly by Whitireia Polytechnic, Ferndale Equestrian Centre and Nga Manu Nature Reserve. The programme is based on the Kapiti Coast which is located in the south western North Island of New Zealand nearby to Wellington, the country's capital city.
