Renew your kinship with nature. Improve your English and experience the great outdoors. Learn new skills in beautiful New Zealand. Course Format Students may undertake the 3 E's programme for several reasons. They may wish for an introduction to vocational training in the areas of equestrian studies, conservation or eco-tourism or they may wish to experience or deepen their knowledge of nature and the New Zealand culture. The standard programme consists of 8 hours of English Language Study, 12 hours of Equestrian Studies, which include riding and horse management, and 6 hours of Conservation Studies per week. Other course formats are also available on request. These include English + Equestrian Studies, English + Environmental Education or individual courses in any one of these subjects. Duration Courses are for 2 weeks, 4 weeks or 10 weeks. Longer courses may be undertaken by arrangement. Accommodation This is in homestays with New Zealand families, close to the 3 academies. Homestay is a great way to learn about New Zealand culture and practise English. Further Educational Options Some students have found a programme such as the 3 E's useful as a pathway to move on to degree programmes like applied science or veterinary science. The 3 E's programme is a useful basis for careers in the equestrian field, eco-tourism, conservation or the travel industry. Students may also move on to further, more formal English Language education.
